Description
Sandro Botticelli painted The Birth of Venus around 1484 to 1486 in tempera on canvas, for a member of the Medici family of Florence. It is among the first large paintings of a classical subject made in Italy since antiquity, and it has hung in the Uffizi Gallery in Florence for centuries. It is one of the defining images of the Italian Renaissance. This unisex hoodie carries the print on the front.
