Paul Cézanne painted The Card Players in several versions between about 1890 and 1895, posing farm workers from the Aix-en-Provence area as his models. He made the series after long study of each figure, and it is among the best-known works of his late career. This version, with five figures, is in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. This women's softstyle tee carries the print on the front.
