Description

The Fortune-Teller is a painting by Georges de La Tour (1593–1652), probably made in the 1630s. La Tour worked in Lunéville in Lorraine and was largely forgotten until the twentieth century, when his surviving paintings were rediscovered. The Metropolitan Museum of Art purchased this one in 1960. This women's cotton tee carries the print across the front.
